La Rivera Residents,
We would like to remind you of the Association’s pet rules. The safety of our residents and their pets is very important, and we ask everyone to please follow the established guidelines:
– Pets must be on a leash and under control of a responsible person at all times while in common areas (sidewalks, parks, clubhouse areas, parking areas, landscaping, etc.).
– Pets are NOT permitted in any pool areas (including decks and enclosures).
– Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of in authorized trash receptacles.
– Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not pose a nuisance or safety risk to others.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in enforcement action under the association’s governing documents. For the full pet policy or questions, please refer to the HOA rules available on the Resident Portal.
Thank you for helping to keep our community safe and clean.

ATTENTION ALL LA RIVERA OWNERS AND RESIDENTS
The La Rivera Parking Rules are currently being enforced. Vehicles parked on the street overnight must have the NEW hanging permit or be safe listed. Old permits are no longer valid.
Safelistlisting Guest Vehicles
Safelist
As of May 1, 2025, we are implementing a new Safelist Request system to streamline the process and more efficiently record all requests—while ensuring the utmost privacy for all residents.
Please note: We will no longer be using Telegram to Safelist vehicles.
Going forward, all Safelist requests must be submitted using the following link: https://forms.gle/o1mjeyhUWiDfEhCg6
Safelist can be used for up to 72 hours in a 30-day period for a vehicle. You do not have to use the days consecutively; however, you cannot exceed 3 days. If extended stays are needed you can request an exception, which will need approval in advance from the management office.
Permit Qualification
BEFORE submitting a permit application, which requires a $25.00 administrative fee, please make sure you fit the criteria to be eligible for a permit.
Qualifications for a permit:
- Homes with a driveway must have 4 vehicles to be eligible for a permit.
- Homes without a driveway must have 3 vehicles to be eligible for a permit.
- Max permits per household is two.
Please include the following information with your permit application:
- Submit attachments in a pdf version so that they can be read by management.

- If you are a tenant, a signed home rental lease agreement needs to be included with the application.
- If you are a temporary college student and cannot change the address for insurance reasons, we ask that you submit a school ID with your application.
- If you have an oversized vehicle that cannot fit in the garage or driveway, please submit your application, and request consideration.
- When you have satisfied the number of vehicles for a permit, you can submit the paperwork to acarrillo@actionlife.com. There is a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee for submitting your application.
- Once approved, permits may be purchased for $25.00 each and picked up at the management office by appointment. Adam Carrillo with Action Management will handle the permit distribution. Adam can be contacted at acarrillo@actionlife.com.
