Safelistlisting Guest Vehicles
Safelist
As of May 1, 2025, we are implementing a new Safelist Request system to streamline the process and more efficiently record all requests—while ensuring the utmost privacy for all residents.
Please note: We will no longer be using Telegram to Safelist vehicles.
Going forward, all Safelist requests must be submitted using the following link: https://forms.gle/o1mjeyhUWiDfEhCg6
Safelist can be used for up to 72 hours in a 30-day period for a vehicle. You do not have to use the days consecutively; however, you cannot exceed 3 days. If extended stays are needed you can request an exception, which will need approval in advance from the management office.
Permit Qualification

Qualifications for a permit:

At a recent HOA meeting, several items of concerns were brought to the attention of the Board of Directors. As we move into the fall months, please share these reminders with your household members:
- ALL dogs need to be on a leash at ALL times. This is not only a rule of the community but of Animal Control. Even if you think your pet is loving and cute, other living in the community may feel fearful of a dog, no matter what the size. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times.
- Cameras on homes– Installation of cameras on homes ( except for Ring style doorbell cameras) must be approved BEFORE install. Cameras are subject to invasion of privacy concerns, and we want to make sure all residents feel safe in their home.
- Drone– There is a Drone Policy for the community. Drone Cameras are prohibited in the community as they affect privacy laws. due to privacy concerns.
- 4-digit gate codes are no longer on the directory for residents. All residents/owners will need to be on the directory or have a remote to enter the community. This is due to ongoing security concerns of too many people having codes to enter the community. If you are currently not on the directory, please contact communitycare@actionlife.com for the form needed to be added to the directory.
- Pool Concerns-The janitorial staff as wells as members have reported that the pool bathrooms have been vandalized and that trash is being left at the pool area on a regular basis. Please remember that children cannot be at the pool without an adult in attendance and that all trash, pool items and towels should be removed from the pool area when you leave. This especially refers to fast food and pizza items. Let’s keep our community clean! If you see anyone vandalizing or mistreating the pool area, please alert the management.
- New Paint Colors -The Board has recently approved a new line of colors for the community from Dunn Edwards Paints. In addition, new vibrant door color choices can be chosen to bring an individual look! Please email communitycare@actionlife.com for more information.
- Wasp Nest- This is the season for wasp to build their nest at rooflines. Please take a walk around your home and contact a pest firm for removal. We do not advise removing yourself.
- Shared Fences– Fences between homes ( Neighbor to Neighbor) are the responsibility of the homeowners. If you have a neighbor that lives offsite and you are not able to reach them for a fence repair or share of cost, please contact Action Management and they can assist with contacting that owner if they have provided an email or contact information to the management.
